  • Basic Function
    Parameters measurement such as Camber, Caster, Kingpin inclination, toe-in & toe-out, set back, thrust angle.

    • 1.  Inspection Of Height Level 
    • Inspection Of Height Level Function.Following the equipment setup, calibration and diagnosis, and track inspection,  the function for the alignment level (lift) inspection is set.

    • 2.  Engine Bracket Adjustment 
    •  To adjust Camber by moving engine bracket left and right.  This function indicates engine bracket movement direction and shows King Pin Inclination value. 


      • 3.  Steering Wheel Aligning mAlign and lock the steering wheel .
      • Steering wheel angle and Toe values of the right and left front wheels will display on the interface.  Adjust Toe-in or Toe-out values within the space shown on the screen while keeping steering wheel angle value at 0. 


        • 4.  Toe-In Curvature Measurement 
        • Toe lockup values can be measured on vehicles with such function (as Audi A6 and passat B5).  The tolerance of normal toe and suspension rise is 60mm.

        • 5. Axis Deviation & Wheel Deviation Measurement
        • This function shows the vehicle's deviation details for the same wheels axis. Please note: this wheel deviation is the distance of outer side of the wheel rims. But in fact, wheel deviation is the distance between the center line of two tires.

        • 6. Scrub Radius Measurement
        • Accurately measures front wheel deviation and shows also the Wrap Angle, KPI and Camber value. Scrub Radius (also called Offset distance) is the distance between intersection of tire centerline and the ground and intersection of king pin extension line and ground. It is defined as "Positive Offset" distance, when the offset of the king pin extension is on the inner side of The intersection of tire centerline and ground, and "Negative Offset" distance vice versa. 

        • 7. Toe-In Lockup Measurement
        • It is easy to adjust Toe when steering wheel is at a limiting position. To easily make Toe adjustment, first lockup the Toe value then place steering wheel in the correct position. 

        • 8. Zero Toe-In Camber Measurement
        • When Toe is set to zero, the Camber measurement value will be shown, this is suitable for vehicle with big KPI caster.  

          • Intelligent indicative light
          • No need to see the computer screen in the process of vehicle pushing, indicative light around camera could guide the operation. 

          • Platform adaptability
          • The body as a benchmark, not affected by the level of the lifting platform.
